As a Pilates teacher, I aim at helping my students exercising their bodies, building strength and softening at the same time.

I am providing a space where the student gets clear and adapted tools, so they can really focus on what’s happening inside the body, listening to its possibilities and discover new openings.

I take the time to work on the details, taking the exercises slow, before increasing the level of difficulty. I make sure the students can take the practice at their own pace, that they get the confidence to do the exercises with quality at the level they are, and to find the right balance between being challenged and being satisfied with the accomplishments.

Pilates

Pilates is an amazing practice to exercise your body in a healthy and efficient way. It is suitable for everyone, as it can be adapted to all bodies and levels. Whatever your goal is, from just feeling your body more in your everyday life, becoming stronger in your favorite sport, or keeping it in shape as you age, you will find benefits in Pilates.

You will feel your body becoming stronger but also more flexible, and the practice will help your mind relax and feeling focused and satisfied.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a great way to relax the body by targeting the deep tissues. By getting into a position and finding stillness, the body applies a pressure in a specific part, which will result in a deep flow of energy and regeneration of the tissues of the joints and fascias.

While holding a position, we focus on the breath, connecting to the body, letting go of the tensions, and we help the mind to calm down and find deep relaxation.

Stretching

Joints mobility – Muscles flexibility

The stretching classes are inspired by my yoga and Pilates practices, as well as my dance background. I start with warming up the body through active stretches and joint mobilization, before going into passive stretches and ending with a relaxation, to anchor the benefits of the practice into the body.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation, accessible to all and which is carried out in a lying position (Shavasana).

The session goes through several stages including body scans, breathing techniques and visualizations.

A meditative state is gradually reached with many beneficial effects such as stress reduction, increased dopamine, improved sleep and emotional balance.

Certifications

After graduating from contemporary dance school Die Etage in Berlin in 2020, I have trained with BASI Pilates (Body Arts and Science International®) and became a certified Pilates Mat instructor in 2021.

In 2022 I completed two Yin Yoga courses (by Jessica Fleming and Bodsphere), and a Yoga Nidra course (by Bodsphere), all part of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Approved Courses.

I am continuously deepening my knowledge about the body and I am currently studying courses in pre/post- natal Pilates as well as breathwork techniques.

I am currently offering weekly Pilates, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes in health center Fais Pas Ton Marolle, fitness studios (Aspria, Stadium1), as well as courses for companies and private clients.
